For over 15 years, SENTEL has been a market leader in developing information solutions designed for spectrum management systems, sensor networks, border surveillance systems, perimeter surveillance systems, and chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) detection systems.

Systems Integration. As a pioneer in the Internet of Things (IoT) revolution, SENTEL has provided networked integration of disparate systems, sensors, devices and other data sources for a variety of customers around the globe. Key to SENTEL’s successes in systems integration has been the development of a family of software and hardware interfaces that facilitate the networking of a wide array of sensors and devices. SENTEL offers customized sensor integration solutions that optimize system level performance for our customers given their technical and cost requirements. This flexibility provides our customers with the ability to seamlessly integrate existing systems with emerging technologies – balancing legacy investments with technological advancement. Ultimately, SENTEL solutions provide real-time actionable information and enhanced situational awareness to our users, improving their safety, security, and protection.

Electromagnetic Environment Effects (E3). Engineers from SENTEL’s Spectrum Engineering Group perform the vital function of ensuring that the electromagnetic spectrum can be used with optimum efficiency and effectiveness by various competing military and civilian communications and electronic systems. Working with military communications and weapons systems, SENTEL engineers model, predict, and resolve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issues on ships, aircraft, land vehicles, and at fixed sites. For over 20 years, SENTEL has provided engineering and technical support for the NAVY’s spectrum planning tool, the Afloat Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Program (AESOP).

Engineering Services. SENTEL is a premiere provider of engineering services. SENTEL’s expert staff of engineers support key programs across the federal government. Nearly 70% of our staff are cleared and hold degrees in Physics, Math, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science.
