President Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer

Please join me in welcoming to SENTEL Allan Shure, who will be our new chief financial officer, beginning Monday June 23, 2008. Allan has an extensive background with technology organizations, working with both the public and private sectors. He brings to SENTEL more than three decades of experience. Allan will be responsible for the financial and fiscal management aspects of SENTEL’s operations, and he will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, contracts, and HR and IT functions of the company.

Before joining SENTEL, Allan was the chief financial officer of Artel Incorporated. Also, his extensive experience includes positions at STG, Inc. as chief operating officer (2000-2003), systems planning corporation, as chief financial officer (1998-2000), Titan, as vice president of finance (1994-1998), Andrulis Research, as chief financial officer (1992-1994) and SAIC, Corporate vice president of administration (1984-1992) and similar positions at other top technology organizations.

More recently Allan was NetStar-1’s (2006-2007) executive vice president of finance, responsible for all financial, contractual and administrative functions and the strategic development efforts. Prior to that, he was at FCBS/General Dynamics Corporation where he was named the “Private Company CFO of the Year” from the joint Washington Area Technology Councils. Allan has a bachelor of science in business administration in accounting from Old Dominion University (1965) and he is a certified public accountant (1970).
