SENTEL Corporation Acquires 24/7 Solutions

Combined company will offer a strong slate of technology and intelligence services to the public sector

Alexandria, VA – April 16, 2009 – SENTEL Corporation, a technology services company that provides the federal government, military and commercial enterprises with engineering products and services worldwide, today announced that it has acquired 24/7 Solutions, a McLean, VA-based leading supplier of specialized services and solutions to the U.S. intelligence community. The acquisition will enable SENTEL to provide to its customers the full array of 24/7 services including counter-terrorism/operations support, intelligence analysis, technical operations, information technology and management-technical support.

Darrell Crapps, President and CEO of SENTEL will hold the same position with the combined company. Dana Madalon, 24/7’s CEO and President, as well as Barbara Jennings, Executive Vice President, will stay on as Vice Presidents where they will continue to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of 24/7 Solutions as a wholly owned subsidiary of SENTEL. 24/7 Solutions, a 50-plus employee company, will remain in McLean and SENTEL will remain in Alexandria.
