General Summary:

 

SENTEL Corporation is seeking technically qualified, energetic individuals to serve as Warehouse Specialist providing support for the Fort Huachuca Directorate of Logistics. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 
  1. Logistical operations in supply accountability and asset visibility procedures, and the resolution of issues.
  2. Material Handling Equipment operation.
  3. Maintenance and care of inventory items.
  4. Property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS.
  5. Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting.
  6. Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
  7.  Identification of equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.
  9. Other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

  1. Must have two years of warehousing experience.
  2. Management experience Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment, asset management, supply, maintenance, and property accountability preferred.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

 
  • 1. Knowledge and experience with:

 

  • Central Issue Facility (CIF) – Installation Support Module (ISM)
  • Property Book Unit Supply - Enhanced (PBUSE)
  • Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E)
  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint, and other software programs to assist with special projects, process business unit invoices, and other compliance programs.

2. Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

 

Certificate, Licenses, Registration, Clearance:

 

• Must be a U.S. citizen capable of receiving and maintaining a SECRET clearance

• Must have a valid driver's license.

• Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.

Computer Skills:

 

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, SharePoint) preferred
