Supply Technician

General Summary:

 

SENTEL Corporation is seeking technically qualified, energetic individuals to serve as, Supply Technician, providing Integrated Logistical Support Services (ILSS) in support of Army Material Command's, Army Sustainment Command (ASC), other branches of the Armed Services, and Government agencies worldwide. Responsible for activities which cover the breath of the logistics mission to include, property accountability, asset visibility, maintenance and fleet management, unit level maintenance, vehicle operator and supporting functions, Army information system management and reporting, operational planning, storage operations, facilities management, security, and quality management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Logistical operations in supply accountability and asset visibility procedures, and the resolution of issues.

• Work within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines.

• Maintenance of historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.

• Property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS.

• Material readiness.

• Analysis of equipment on hand requirements (Class IX, VIII, VII. IV and II) identifying potential shortages.

• Requisitions material to meet requirements.

• Inventory preparations, conduct, documentation, and reporting.

• Compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.

• Identification of equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability.

• Performs other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.

• Other duties that may be assigned to meet company and departmental goals and objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

Must have 4 years of supply operations/property management experience.

Must have at least 2 years of program related experience.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

 

Knowledge and experience with:

  • Property Book Unit Supply - Enhanced (PBUSE)
  • Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E)
  • Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS)/FEDLOG
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.

Certificate, Licenses, Registration, Clearance:

 

Must be a U.S. citizen with a SECRET clearance
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.
