Shuttle Bus Driver

General Summary:

 

SENTEL Corporation is seeking technically qualified, energetic individuals to serve as Shuttle Bus Driver providing support for the Fort Huachuca Directorate of Logistics. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 
  1. Conduct logistical operations in supply accountability and asset visibility procedures, and the resolution of issues.
  2. Work within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines.
  3. Conduct maintenance of historical files, Administrative Adjustment Reports, receipt, issue, and transfer documents.
  4. Execute property transfer, receipt, storage, and issue activities (including but not limited to posting and editing documentation within all appropriate STAMIS.
  5. Validate/ensure material readiness.
  6. Perform analysis of equipment on hand requirements (Class IX, VIII, VII, IV and II) identifying potential shortages.
  7. Requisitions material to meet requirements.
  8. Conduct inventory preparations, documentation, and reporting.
  9. Ensure compliance with all properly authenticated directives within established guidelines.
  10. Identify equipment status to include completeness, serviceability, and accountability.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned to meet organizational/operational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:

 

• Must have 4 years of supply operations/property management experience.

• Must have at least 2 years of program related experience.

• Must have organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and interact at all levels.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative environment.

• Ability to work well under pressure and around tight deadlines.

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Certificate, Licenses, Registration, Clearance:

 
  • 1. Must be able to successfully obtain a NACI clearance.

  • 2. Must have a valid driver's license.

  • 3. Specific contractual requirements regarding education and experience prevail where applicable.

Computer Skills:

 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Sharepoint), and other software programs preferred.
